Santek Environmental Public Information

In accordance with recent changes made by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to 30 TAC Chapter 330 Subchapter J, the Geology Report, Groundwater Characterization Report and Groundwater Sampling and Analysis Plan for the Polk County Regional Waste Management Facility has been revised and is currently awaiting TCEQ approval. In accordance with 30 TAC 330.57(i), a copy of these modifications are posted at this Internet address.
